April Showers Bring Mae Flowers

This post is supposed to be about both of Lula's baby showers but really it's just to show off these super cute pics of her! Over the last few weeks it has become painfully obvious to me that number 1-I'm probably going to be the mom that constantly blogs about every little (and of course) absolutely amazing thing her child does. And number 2-That it's OK because no one gives a hoot about Greg and I anymore! Lula is the superstar and we are simply no-name extras (not even B-list actors) in the mega hit movie known as Lula's Life!

I do, however, want to sincerely thank everyone for the fantastic gifts and the time and effort that was put into the wonderful showers. THANK YOU!! I truly have the greatest friends, neighbors and co-workers! I love you all!

Two girls I work with, Anne and Megan, recently added to their families as well. Anne's beautiful baby girl was born on the 5th of February and Megan's little man shares his birth date with Lula.

Austin is a high school kid that does all the crappy jobs at work. We call him the garbage boy. He showed up to the shower for the free food. However, he made a hasty exit when the talk turned to breast-feeding and the types of nipples for bottle-feeding. Poor boy!
